We Don't Track You
Vibe Music is built on the principle of anonymity. We do not track your listening habits, location, or personal identity. The application operates primarily on your local device.
Google API User Data
Vibe Music uses Google OAuth for VibeSync™ to provide a seamless cross-device experience. We only request access to your Google account's basic profile information (name and profile picture) and specific application data required for syncing your music library metadata.
Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not share your Google user data with third-party tools or use it for advertising purposes. All synced data is encrypted before being stored.
VibeSync™ Data
If you choose to use VibeSync™, we store encrypted metadata (song titles, playlists, and settings) required to sync your experience across devices. This data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols before leaving your device. We cannot read your music metadata or access your files.
Disclaimer
Vibe Music is an open-source tool designed for personal media management. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyright-protected music or media files.
Asset Ownership: Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to any assets they add to their library. We do not own any of the content you play and are not affiliated with third-party streaming services.
User Responsibility: By using Vibe Music, you agree to only add assets that you own or have a legal license to use. We are not liable for any misuse of the application.

Our code is open for review at any time on GitHub. This transparency ensures that we are adhering to our promises of privacy and security.
