2. Description of Service

Vibe Music is an open-source tool designed for personal media management and playback. Key features include a mesmerizing UI, VibeSync™ cloud metadata synchronization, and support for user-provided media sources.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vibe Music, you are solely responsible for the media you play and manage through the application. You agree to only add assets that you own or have a legal license to use.

You must not use Vibe Music for any illegal purpose or in violation of any copyright or intellectual property laws. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyright-protected media.

4. Intellectual Property

Vibe Music and its original content, features, and functionality are the property of its developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Vibe Music is open-source and its source code is available under its respective license on GitHub.

5. VibeSync™ and Google OAuth

Syncing features are provided via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your sync data result from account compromise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Music is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the developers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
